Here are things I check when I visit your home.

When I stop by I'll collect the things you want - like mail, & packages - and remove the stuff you don't want - like trash, newspapers, & flyers. I'll also put out or bring in your trash cans, water your potted plants, sweep sidewalks, clean pool filters, and check for functional issues such as the integrity of your pipes after a freeze. I'll make sure your home looks well-cared for and lived in while you are gone.
I'll make sure your home is safe and secure. I'll check for weather-related problems and make sure that all your systems are in working order. I'll check for unwanted house guests (bugs and pests), and flush your toilets to keep things fresh. I'll water your houseplants. Should any problem arise, I'll make sure it is resolved promptly.
I aim to make your stay away from home as worry-free as possible.
I'll send you an email after each visit with a brief status report
so that you can rest assured that all is well in your Oro Valley home.
